Two quotes to consider today
“It is not the strongest of the species that survive nor the most intelligent, but the one most responsive to change.”
Charles Darwin, scientist
“If you’re a truly creative person, you know that feeling
insecure and lonely is par for the course. You can’t have it both ways: You
can’t be creative, and conform too. You have to recognize that what makes you
different also makes you creative.”

SUPERHEROES
SUPERHEROES
– – – – – – – –
I first used the concept of using “Super Heroes” to help
change perspective of problems or generate ideas when I attended a session done
by Steve Grossman, who was an engineer in the paper industry then in 1978 or
1979.
Basically when I have used it I divide the group into teams of 4 or 5 and have them choose their own Superhero or make one up.
Then as Steve taught us our assignment is to generate ideas of how our SUPERHERO
would solve our problem.
A follow up step is to take some of the WILDEST IDEAS and tame them down into real doable solutions.
